Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password. We do not store plaintext passwords.

Payment information: If you purchase a license, payment is processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card number or full payment details on our servers.

What we do NOT collect: BearHUD does not collect, transmit, or store your poker hand histories, game data, session data, or any information read from your screen or poker client. All calculations performed by the desktop application run entirely on your local device and are never sent to our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to:

We share your data only with the following service providers, who process it strictly on our behalf:

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed password storage, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but take reasonable precautions to protect your data.

7. Cookies

Our website uses only essential session cookies required for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:
